Problems

Problems are rare but sometimes can occur after an update.
These generally show themselves as text appearing instead of an image on a page.
Menus are cached so updates may not appear.

Display Problems:

1) Firstly use the refresh on your device.

2) Clear your browsing data on your browser and again refresh the page.

Controls/Buttons etc unresponsive:

Refresh the page.

No "Loyal Customer Discount" Showing on Menus:

On the preferences page, check the I agree to the offer, enter your email address and press co or continue.
